If you've made it to this page, you probably already know my name is Alicia. And thank goodness for that because I think it would be super weird if my business was called "Hello Alicia" but my name was something like Karen or Diane.
STARTED AT THE BOTTOM
Not really at at the bottom but I actually kind of stumbled into digital marketing by accident. I was a classic millennial (glued to my phone) and offered to take over the social media responsibilities for the salon where I was working as an esthetician while in business school. Discovering I could make money working from my phone, I gradually took on a number of other business social media accounts as freelance clients. As time went on, the marketing courses I was taking started to click and the accounts I managed were seeing some solid growth and conversions.
NOW WE'RE HERE
After years of managing the online presence for businesses in a wide variety of industries, I have built up a hefty digital marketing tool box. A strong believer in the idea that a great social media strategy requires the "entertainment factor", I love to flex my creative muscles and find ways to inject a little humour into value-driven marketing activities. But it's not all just fun and games over here. I'm a data-driven marketer so once we've taken the time to build a rock solid strategy, I spend A LOT of my time analyzing efforts and making any adjustments needed to hit (and ideally exceed) goals.
